   Dr. Wang told reporters that Yijun Electric Appliance Company uses a factory area of 11665.65 square meters, divided into production and office areas, to produce and sell electric furnaces and tea bar machines. The products are mainly sold to the southwest region, and demand exceeds supply in winter. In 2022, the output value will reach 15 million yuan, and it is expected to reach 20 million yuan this year. Revitalizing the idle factories in Hongqiao Technology Industrial Park not only revitalizes dormant assets, but also drives employment for the people in Liupanshui High tech Zone and increases employment rates. We have over 60 production workers, all of whom are locals from Liupanshui, "said Dr. Wang. The average monthly salary for the workers is around 4800 yuan.
 
 
Developing new business models and revitalizing idle assets

Wang Meng told reporters that Baiteya Company has renovated three factory buildings, forming three industrial support production lines. Based on the existing industrial foundation and in conjunction with the industrial policies of Liupanshui High tech Zone, we will create the largest bioeconomy demonstration park in Southwest China.
In June 2023, Liupanshui High tech Zone and Baiteya Company jointly established Guizhou Gaoxin Aromatic Industry Development Co., Ltd., actively promoting the development of the "aromatic industry" while further revitalizing idle factories through "commercial investment".
Introduce new members to strengthen the service environment
The Hongqiao Science and Technology Industrial Park project, which started construction in Liupanshui High tech Zone in 2012, consists of 18 factory buildings with an area of approximately 210000 square meters. After completion and operation, it has become an important carrier of new industries and formats, unleashing a "high-tech pulse" of high-quality development.
