Box type electric furnace: Box type electric furnace is a common form of electric furnace, which is divided into vertical, horizontal, split, and integrated types, and can meet the needs of different users. The temperature range is divided into below 1000 ° C, below 1200 ° C, below 1350 ° C, and between 1500 ° C and 1700 ° C. In addition to heating in air, there are also various types of box type electric furnaces that can pass through the atmosphere and be sealed and evacuated.

Tube type electric furnace: Compared with box type electric furnaces, tube type electric furnaces mainly allow experimental samples to be placed in tubes made of quartz, corundum, and carbon tubes, with both ends of the tubes sealed by flanges. The samples can be heated without being eroded by the surrounding air. It can also be filled with different gases, protected, or evacuated. During inflation, valves are used to control flow meters, mass flow meters, pressure gauges, and other monitoring devices. Tube type electric furnaces can also be divided into several temperatures, ranging from several hundred degrees to 1700 degrees, and can be selected.

Melting block electric furnace: Melting block electric furnace is used by ceramic, glass, enamel abrasive and pigment enterprises and scientific research units for experimental and production of melting block, glass solvent, enamel and binder. The operating temperature is also divided into various temperature ranges.

Bell type electric furnace: Bell type electric furnace is a furnace shape that is very convenient for loading and unloading. Suitable for both large and small requirements, it can be heated on all sides or in a circular manner with uniform temperature. The temperature can also be divided into temperature ranges below 1000 ° C, 1200-1400 ° C, and 1400-1700 ° C. The material table is located below the electric furnace and can be manually or automatically raised or lowered. The furnace table can also be made into a table type, making operation very convenient.

Atmosphere furnace: Furnace modification is a special furnace shape designed for products that require atmosphere protection. The furnace can be filled with inert gases, hydrogen, nitrogen, or evacuated. There are also various furnace shapes, including box type, vertical type, horizontal type, tube type, and lifting type. The gas circuit can be equipped with various valves, flow meters, pressure gauges, etc. as needed, which can detect and control various physical quantities of the gas. When modifying an electric furnace, the sealing condition of the gas path should be checked at all times to ensure that the gas path is smooth and the sealing meets the corresponding requirements.

Multi point temperature control furnace or kiln: Various furnace shapes produced by our factory can be controlled at multiple points. Multi point temperature control is equipped with two or more sets of temperature controlled electric furnaces. Each temperature control point can be controlled separately or synchronously at multiple points, that is, each temperature range can be controlled synchronously. By utilizing core technology, it is also possible to achieve multi temperature zone electric furnaces.

High temperature energy-saving heating furnace: The modified furnace can be used for testing the heat resistance, rapid cooling, and rapid heating characteristics of products. The temperature can be freely set, the number of heating cycles can be counted, and the heating time can also be set. It is convenient and flexible, making it an ideal testing equipment.
